An original, Julian Lambertson has been playing the violin since he was 9 years old, studying classical music, privately, with Alvaro Gomez.  He also studied fiddle and whistle with Liz Knowles, Brian Conway, Liz Carroll, Jerry Holland, Mike Dugger, Elke  Baker and  John  Skelton at a week-long summer school in North Carolina called The Swannanoa Gathering. His musical friendship with Mike Dugger started there. Since then he has performed with Mike Dugger and Zac Leger when their trio Oisre was on an extended tour, teaching in schools and performing on stages for various venues throughout North America. He has performed nationally with Glen Road as well.  His can also play the Mandolin, Whistle and has been a Bassist in many rock-n-roll bands over the past ten years.
